Cascais Kitchen is a large space for socializing and dining that reflects the cozy atmosphere that characterizes a traditional fair or market in the main cities of Europe, featuring retro decor and lines. It includes 8 kiosks with personalized environments that guarantee a very wide and diversified gastronomic offer for all tastes – seafood, fish, snacks, meat, Italian food, salads, Japanese food, sweets and drinks. In addition to the catering concepts that can be tasted in this space, workshops and show cookings will be promoted, and a cultural aspect is also planned that will include various musical events, exhibitions and other initiatives that fit the project. Italian “Ciao” – From the choice of flour, to kneading the dough through cutting it, the entire process is entirely the responsibility of the “Envelto”, who bets on the involvement and traditionality of the confection and the flavors.
