It characterizes a traditional fair or market in the main cities of Europe, featuring retro decor and lines. It includes 8 kiosks with personalized environments that guarantee a very wide and diversified gastronomic offer for all tastes – seafood, fish, snacks, meat, Italian food, salads, Japanese food, sweets, and drinks. In addition to the catering concepts that can be tasted in this space, workshops and show cookings will be promoted, and a cultural aspect is also planned that will include various musical events, exhibitions, and other initiatives that fit the project. “Allways” – Allways “to eat healthy” is a lively space located in Cascais Kitchen. The concept consists of selling healthy products with a focus on pancakes. We do not use wheat flour, bad fats, or sugar. Our philosophy is simple, to offer a different meal or snack, but always healthy, tasty, and fresh. Everything is made and prepared in our space: cakes, granola, pancakes, fillings, natural juices, and smoothies. This is the place to try sweet and savory pancakes! ALLWAYS EVERYTHING IS GUILTY-FREE.
