Shopping Centre’s Opening Hours?

CascaiShopping is open every day from 8:00am to 23:00pm, except on Fridays and Saturdays when it closes at midnight. On the 24th and 31st of December it closes at 7:00pm and on the 25th of December and the 1st of January it is closed.

Are there any shops with different Operating Hours?

The shops are open from 10:00am to 11:00pm. Hypermarket is open daily from 8:00pm to 11:00pm, except on Fridays and Saturdays when it closes at midnight. Pharmacy is open from 9:00am to 11:00pm. For the remaining shops, please click https://www.cascaishopping.pt/en/about/schedule/ .

Where can I find the Information Desk?

The Information Desk is on the ground floor (near the foodcourt) and its open from 10:00am to 11:00pm. Contact information: (+351) 21 012 1628.

Which shops can I find at Shopping Centre?

Is there a Lost & Found?

All items found at CascaiShopping are duly collected and stored. For information regarding your lost item please contact the Information Desk (+351) 21 012 1628.

How do the Tax-Free Shopping?

If you reside outside the European Union, you are entitled to a refund of the VAT (Value Added Tax) paid on your purchases. When paying for your purchases ask store staff for a Tax-Free Form. Passport is needed.

Where I can charge my mobile devices?

First level: you will find USB plugs in some of the sitting areas placed on this level.

Does the Shopping Centre have Wi-Fi? How can I access it?

We provide free Wi-Fi with no password for access throughout the entire Shopping Centre. The name of the network is Freewificascaishopping.

Can I store my luggage or other types of personal belongings?

We are sorry to inform you that we don’t have that service available yet.

Are there services for families?

We offer several services for our younger visitors and their parents. There are baby strollers on request at the Information Desk as well as highchairs at the food court. There is a Baby Care area on the first floor, near the foodcourt which includes changing tables and where you can bottle feed and heat baby food. At the food court we have the Baby Meal Corner equipped with microwaves and bottle warmers.

Are there wheelchairs?

Yes, wheelchairs are available on request at the Information Desk.

Where can I park my car?

CascaiShopping Centre has a free car parking with 3.521 spaces. The Centre also has Valet Parking service on the car park floor 0.

Car Parking operating hours?

You can access the parking between 07:00am and 12:00pm and it closes at 03:00pm. If you come to a Movie midnight screening, please park at car park floor 0+ and use the exit in that zone.

Is there electric vehicle charges?

There are chargers for electrical vehicles at Central car park floor 0. A CEME  card is needed  –  “Comercializador de Eletricidade para Mobilidade Elétrica” – the Galp Electric.

Is there a taxi stop nearby?

There is a taxi stop: in front of Conforama Store (car park floor 0). Information contacts: (+351) 21 466 0101/ (+351) 21 465 9500.

How can I get to the Shopping Centre by bus?

There are several options at your disposal: Mobi Cascais M01, M03, M06, M10, M17, M18, M20, M22, M28, M29, M31, M38.

Does the Centre have a place where I can park my bicycle?

You can leave it at the car parking floor 0, near Entry D, in the area dedicated to bicycles and motorcycles.

Which are the main attractions nearby the Shopping Centre?

You can find many places to visit around CascaiShopping. You can’t miss Cascais and Sintra beaches , play golf in Cascais, take tours in the Serra de Sintra, Parque Marechal CarmonaQuinta do Pisão , Guincho Beach , and visit Cascais and Sintra Villages. You can also go horse riding, stand up paddle, paddle and many other sports activities. At a cultural level you can visit Bairro dos Museus,  Casa das Histórias Paula Rego , Santa Marta Lighthouse and the Cabo da Roca Lighthouse , Park and Palace of Monserrate, The Moorish Castle and National Palace of Sintra.
